The below link has some information about this innovative blended learning program which combines online, and in-person learning and is designed with peer-to-peer support and coaching. The program is ideal for tourism operators or organizations who have an idea for a visitor experience – either a new or expanded offering. LIFT is a comprehensive program which helps to guide the experience from concept to completion over an 8 month period including experience design, costing & pricing, and testing visitor experience.
